1. What are the mobile devices and mobile versions supported by the W138 mobile app?

We support any Android mobile or tablet device with an Android version greater than 4.4.

We do not yet support: Wearable devices; Android VR; Android TV; Other Android devices that are not smart phones or tablets; Rooted devices or devices with a modified non-standard Android OS

2.Can I deposit , withdraw or transfer funds when using the W138 mobile app?

Yes, you can use the W138 mobile app to deposit , withdraw or transfer fund - the same as with the W138 mobile website.

3. Can I download W138 Apps from Google Play and iTunes App Store?

Currently W138 mobile app is not available in the Google Play and iTunes App Store. You can download the app directly from our website.

4. Can I log into W138 Apps and PC at the same time?

We do not allow multiple logins from a single username. Since it is our policy, you will not be able to do it.
